Today, while I should have been studying Evidence for my exam this coming week, I decided to do a big bake off of dinners for work.
As I work the night shift at the Department of Salt there is nowhere to buy any food. After all, it’s an office building in the suburbs. On top of this minor technicality is the other small issue… that we only get a 15 minute smoko break!
That’s not much time to chow down our tucker and get back to data-entrying.
So, to stop me going to Red Rooster or Hungry Jacks at 4pm for ‘dinner’, I do a big bake-off every 2 weeks, and freeze my dinners to take to work. Here is today’s session. Enjoy!
